Manthan has over 10 years of work experience in direct taxes, corporate law, foreign exchange regulations and securities law. He specializes in transaction structuring and estate planning.

Before joining Entrust, Manthan held the position of Senior Consultant, Corporate Lawyer – Mergers and Acquisition with AZB & Partners. Prior to AZB, Manthan worked for Godrej Properties, PWC and KPMG.

Manthan has extensive experience in evaluating, assessing and advising clients on structuring (tax, financial and regulatory impact), succession and estate planning, and evaluation of various trust models. He has also advised Indian as well as multinational clients on business consolidation, cross border merger, acquisition structuring and revival of sick companies.

He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Mumbai University.
