Term Entrust shall mean and include Entrust Family Office Investment Advisors Private Limited, Entrust Encore Services Private Limited, Entrust Family Office Legal and Trusteeship Services Private Limited, Entrust Family Office Services LLP.
In terms of collecting information, we collect personally identifiable information (email address, name, phone number, etc.) from you when you set up an account with Entrust. As a registered member, certain activities such as viewing and downloading investment reports (the accuracy of which is subject to the reconciliation accounts as on the date of accessing report from the application) do require registration.
In our efforts to continually improve our service offerings, we collect and analyze demographic and profile data about our users' activity on our application.
We may occasionally ask you to complete optional online surveys. These surveys may ask you for contact information and demographic information (like zip code or age). We use this data to tailor your experience at our application, providing you with content that we think you might be interested in- and to display content according to your preferences.

It is therefore a term and condition governing the access and use of the application that you undertake to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all information disclosed, shared, exchanged or otherwise update and notify the us via e-mail at reachus@entrust.co.in, of any changes in the information.
You will not disclose to any other person, in any manner whatsoever, any information relating to Entrust of a confidential nature obtained in the course of availing our services. Failure to comply with this obligation shall be deemed a serious breach of the terms herein and shall entitle us to terminate the services, without prejudice to any damages, to which the you may be entitled to, otherwise.
